1. Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to be part of this Program.
• You must not be resident in any of these countries.
• You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
• You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
• Your login may only be used by one person - a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. TechMonegy cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.
• You may not use the Affiliate Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
• You may not use the Affiliate Program to earn money on your own TechMonegy product accounts.
• You agree not to make unsolicited communications with prospects. So you must have contacts that have given you informed consent to receive marketing messages about services such as those provided by TechMonegy Ltd.

2. True and Complete Information

Affiliate represents and warrants that all information provided by Affiliate in connection with becoming an affiliate of Merchant is true and complete. If Merchant determines that any information provided by Affiliate is not true and complete, Merchant may immediately terminate Affiliate's participation with respect to the Merchant Web Site. We will never ask you for your Bitcoin wallet “private key”.

3. Your responsibilities

You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site. For example, you will be solely responsible for:

• The technical operation of your site and all related equipment
• Ensuring the display of Special Links on your site does not violate any agreement between you and any third party (including without limitation any restrictions or requirements placed on you by a third party that hosts your site)
• The accuracy, truth, and appropriateness of materials posted on your site (including, among other things, all Product-related materials and any information you include within or associate with Special Links)
• Ensuring that materials posted on your site do not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party (including, for example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights)
• Ensuring that materials posted on your site are not libelous or otherwise illegal
• Ensuring that your site accurately and adequately discloses, either through a privacy policy or otherwise, how you collect, use, store, and disclose data collected from visitors, including, where applicable, that third parties (including advertisers) may serve content and/or advertisements and collect information directly from visitors and may place or recognize cookies on visitors' browsers.

4. Operation and Maintenance of the TechMonegy Web Site

Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that TechMonegy will accept or reject, in its sole and absolute discretion, all orders by customers for merchandise placed on or through the Merchant Web Site. Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that (i) Affiliate does not have any authority to make or accept any offer or commitment on behalf of TechMonegy, and (ii) TechMonegy is solely responsible for all pricing, merchandising, order processing, order fulfillment, shipping, returns and all other aspects of the TechMonegy Web Site and the sale of merchandise. All personal information obtained through customers use of the TechMonegy Web Site shall be the exclusive property of TechMonegy and its applicable Partners.

5. Affiliate Commissions & Payment

Qualifying commissions paid for every order that comes via your custom signup link provided to you by TechMonegy. The minimum amount due for an affiliate must be at least $400 to qualify for a payout. These are calculated monthly and paid out quarterly to the Affiliate. The "Total amount paid" and "Amount due" will be displayed in your logged in affiliates page. TechMonegy Ltd will provide you with the invoice template that you can edit and send as a PDF as a request for payment. TechMonegy services are available to residents of all countries except these.

An affiliate will earn as follows for each service

Affiliates introducing clients to Trade Copy Hero© Friends & Family Follower PAMM method earn a one of 100% of the Incentive Fee for the first profitable month TechMonegy Ltd earn it (calculated in and paid in BTC) for every client with a minimum of $5,000 funded account (or BTC equivalent). 6. Responsibility for Affiliate URLs

The Affiliate will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of all URLs that are linked to the TechMonegy Web Site and for all materials that appear on such URLs. The Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that it shall be responsible for complying with the terms hereof and the terms of its agreements with TechMonegy. Affiliate agrees to introduce clients that join, as in action to do so may end in termination of this agreement.

7. Affiliate Indemnification

The Affiliate, at their own expense, will indemnify, defend and hold harmless, each of the TechMonegy Parties against any claim, suit, action, judgment, liability, loss, cost, expenses and other damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, based upon or in connection with (i) any breach or alleged breach of Affiliate's representations and warranties hereunder, (ii) the failure to comply with or perform any obligation or agreement of Affiliate hereunder, or (iii) the Affiliate's web site(s) and/or any content or other materials displayed or contained thereon, including but not limited to claims of infringement.

8. Term of the Agreement

This Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and shall terminate on the date Affiliate is no longer an Affiliate of Merchant pursuant to the TechMonegy Ltd Program. TechMonegy, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Program, or any other TechMonegy service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all potential or to-be-paid commissions in your Account if they were earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods. TechMonegy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

9. Modification of Agreement

TechMonegy reserves the right to modify this Agreement at anytime on this site. AFFILIATE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING BY REVISING THIS SITE FREQUENTLY. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO AFFILIATE, AFFILIATE'S SOLE RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. AFFILIATE'S CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AS AN AFFILIATE OF TechMonegy FOLLOWING THE MODIFICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH MODIFICATION BY AFFILIATE.

10. Independent Contractors

TechMonegy and Affiliate are independent contractors and nothing in this Agreement or the TechMonegy Program is intended to or will create any form of partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship.

11. Identifying yourself as a TechMonegy Affiliate

You may not issue any press release with respect to this Agreement or your participation in the Program; such action may result in your termination from the Program. In addition, you may not in any manner misrepresent or embellish the relationship between us and you, say you develop our products, say you are part of TechMonegy or express or imply any relationship or affiliation between us and you or any other person or entity except as expressly permitted by this Agreement (including by expressing or implying that we support, sponsor, endorse, or contribute money to any charity or other cause).

You may not purchase products through your affiliate links for your own use. Such purchases may result (in our sole discretion) in the withholding of referral fees and/or the termination of this Agreement.

12. Assignment

The Affiliate may not assign any of its rights or delegate any of its obligations under this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without TechMonegy's prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement and the affiliate agreement that the Affiliate has entered into with TechMonegy as part of the Affiliate Program represents the complete agreement and understanding between the parties and supersedes any other oral or written communications or understandings between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof. No amendment or modification to this Agreement will be binding upon TechMonegy unless agreed by an authorized representative of TechMonegy.

14. You may NOT include our link in any unsolicited or spam messages

We consider ‘unsolicited’ to be any electronic message that is not transactional or administrative, and that is sent to a recipient without their "informed consent", such as through an affirmative action (opt-in) or as reasonably expected through a direct business relationship (where allowed by law). This policy position is in line with evolving privacy laws and consumer expectations around the world, and the marketer codes of conduct we support. This would result in termination of your affiliate account.

15. Links/graphics on your site, in your emails, or other communications

Once you have signed up for the Affiliate Program, you will be assigned a unique Affiliate Code. You are permitted to place links, banners, or other graphics we provide with your Affiliate Code on your site, in your emails, or in other communications. We will provide you with guidelines, link styles, and graphical artwork to use in linking to TechMonegy. We may change the design of the artwork at any time without notice, but we won't change the dimensions of the images without proper notice.

To permit accurate tracking, reporting, and referral fee accrual, we will provide you with special link formats to be used in all links between your site and the TechMonegy. You must ensure that each of the links between your site and the TechMonegy properly utilizes such special link formats. Links to the TechMonegy placed on your site pursuant to this Agreement and which properly utilize such special link formats are referred to as "Special Links." You will earn referral fees only with respect to sales on a TechMonegy product occurring directly through Special Links; we will not be liable to you with respect to any failure by you or someone you refer to use Special Links or incorrectly type your Affiliate Code, including to the extent that such failure may result in any reduction of amounts that would otherwise be paid to you pursuant to this Agreement. Affiliate links should point to the page of the product being promoted.

16. In ALL consumer communication you agree to apply Fairness spirit and comply with FCA Financial Promotion Rules

You have read and agree to apply Conduct of Business Sourcebook Rules (COBS) and Section 21 Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA 2000) to ALL communications (including emails, social media, telesales script, adverts, website) you draft related to Financial Promotion for products offered by TechMonegy Ltd. You agree to email such draft to U@TechMonegy.com with Subject: "APPROVAL", we will then take approximately 4 days to follow the compliance protocol and respond accordingly.

17. Affiliates for Trade Copy Hero© confirm they are licensed Money Manager

You declare that you/your firm are registered in your and your clients jurisdiction as licensed/regulated Money/Portfolio manager in by e.g FCA, CySec, NFA, IFSC.

18. Indemnify

TechMonegy will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and TechMonegy website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

19. Customer definition

Customers who buy products through this Program will be deemed to be our customers. Accordingly, all of our rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and product sales will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time. For example, we will determine the prices to be charged for products sold under this Program in accordance with our own pricing policies. Product prices and availability may vary from time to time. Because price changes may affect Products that you have listed on your site, you should not display product prices on your site. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but we cannot guarantee the availability or price of any particular product.

20. Arbitration

Any dispute relating in any way to this Agreement (including any actual or alleged breach hereof), any transactions or activities under this Agreement or your relationship with TechMonegy or any of our affiliates shall be submitted to confidential arbitration, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court (and you consent to non-exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts) or any other court of competent jurisdiction. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the Cyprus Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

21. Miscellaneous

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Cyprus, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

The failure of TechMonegy to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and TechMonegy and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and TechMonegy (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

22. No Clients with these Citizenships

Affiliates must NOT offer their clients TechMonegy services in accordance with these citizenship restrictions.
