Anti-Spam Policy

What is spam?

In the context of electronic messaging, “spam” means unsolicited, bulk or indiscriminate messages, typically sent for a commercial purpose. We consider ‘unsolicited’ to be any electronic message that is not transactional or administrative, and that is sent to a recipient without their informed consent, such as through an affirmative action (opt-in) or as reasonably expected through a direct business relationship (where allowed by law). This policy position is in line with evolving privacy laws and consumer expectations around the world, and the marketer codes of conduct we support. So we neither send such messages nor do we want to receive them!

Spam filtering

Our messaging systems automatically scan all incoming email [and other] messages and filter out messages that appear to be spam. We may also report incoming email as spam. This can result in IP addresses and domain names being blacklisted.

Spam filtering issues

No message filtering system is 100% accurate, and from time to time legitimate messages will be filtered out by our systems. If you believe this has happened to a message you have sent, please advise the message recipient by another means. You can reduce the risk of a message being caught by the spam filters by:

    1. sending the message in plain text;
    2. removing any message attachments;
    3. avoiding the terminology and text styling typically used by spammers; and
    4. ensuring that your messages are scanned for malware before dispatch.
Receipt of unwanted messages from us

In the unlikely event that you receive any message from us or sent using our systems that may be considered to be spam, please contact us with the message that you received and write “Remove” in the subject of your email and send to U@TechMonegy.com.

Changes to this anti-spam policy

We may amend this anti-spam policy at any time by publishing a new version on this website.

Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Policy
